GNC Sr Analyst - HRIS in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
The HRIS senior analyst is a senior-level position within the HRIS and Service Delivery department that partners with Human Resources and their clients to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. They will work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Human Resources systems including but not limited to the core HRMS, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, and Workforce Management; manage the integrations to the Payroll and Benefit systems
Technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area
Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; maintain HRMS system tables and user security
Perform system maintenance, including review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
Manage projects/process improvement; build project plans and maintain project timeline; apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; assist in development of standard reports and dashboards for ongoing organizational needs; maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation; trains users on new processes/functionality
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies; continuously increases HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge and compliance through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms; participate in user group meetings/conferences.

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
5+ years progressive HRIS experience required
Technical application experience preferred: Infor Cloud Suite, iCims, Kronos Workforce Management, Lawson Payroll
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
Critical Thinking – be able to review trends and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings; solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
