Job Summary

The Site Marketing & Merchandising Specialist assist in driving the promotional planning, structured content container marketing and visual merchandising of The Site Marketing & Merchandising Specialist will assist in the development and execution of creative briefs and promotional campaigns to support various corporate initiatives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  • Work closely withmerchandising team to develop monthly and quarterly plans to grow ecommerce business

  • Assist in the management of Site navigation, categories, featured products & rich content article placements

  • Develop and execute creative briefs in support of, home page, category page and Amazon brand store promotional campaigns

  • Assist in taxonomic and category page optimizations to improve conversion and drive sales

  • Help to develop product launch and promotional plans for including messaging, product positioning and verbiage

  • Partner with UX and analytics departments to continually test and optimize on-site creative experiences (brand stores, landing pages, department pages, etc.)

  • Manage all digital promotions and coupons; act as promotional point of contact for all cross-functional partners

  • Interact with the marketing & advertising departments to assure web advertising is presented in a manner that best optimizes our content and supports our sales objectives.

  • Run and take action on various exception reports to find data issues that may affect customer experience.

  • Report, monitor and distribute structured content report for Use this data to find points of friction and optimize creative and messaging

Job Specifications


  • 3-5 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
