GNC Director – Omni-Channel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

The Director – Omni-channel will work with cross functional teams and partners developing and optimizing the GNC Omni-channel capabilities. Primary focus will be on the subscription service and endless aisle capabilities to drive incremental sales to the company. Working with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, IT, Supply Chain and eCommerce Operations this position will provide insights through data, analytics and customer feedback with a focus on driving growth and enhancing the customer experience. In addition you will work with to build a roadmap that ensure GNC's Omni-channel success and capabilities are always growing and improving for our customers. The new position will be critical to the continued success of the brand and allow us to deliver a personalized and seamless experience to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional team to review performance of Omni-channel Subscription business

  • Work with various data sets to build reporting/metrics to understand the state of the business and provide suggestions on improvement

  • Create Dashboards with KPI's to provide daily updates on performance and direction of the Subscription Channel

  • Answer Ad-Hoc reporting requests as needed from Business Partners

  • Build the roadmap that continues to evolve the Omni-channel business for GNC

  • Manage 3rd party partners to ensure platforms are performing as expected

  • Lead Cross-Functional teams and initiatives to drive the business

Job Specifications

Experience:

  • 10+ years' experience in the eCommerce, Marketing or Omni-channel business unit(s)

  • 7+ years' experience in a leadership role with demonstrated experience build teams and delivering on stated goals

  • 7+ years' experience with decision support or analytics based functions. Experience with BI and BI tools is a must

  • Excellent communication skills that include written, verbal and presentation. Ability to communicate and present with multiple levels of leadership

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with business partners

  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment. Must be self-motivated with strong desire to drive results

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
