Job Summary

This position researches inventory, receiving and shipping issues as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily correspondence via email with all levels of employees, buyers, and managers concerning inventory issues

  • Perform detail cycle counts.

  • Researches inventory, receiving and shipping issues as assigned.

  • Checking and auditing various reports.

  • Fixing issues with partial cases in reserves and invalid units per pack/per case.

  • Verifying items placed on hold and correcting product UPC's as needed.

  • Slotting of new product.

  • Ensuring web sample items are properly set up.

  • Ensuring all sizes and weights are correctly entered into Cubiscan.

  • Verifying and picking all vendor returns/MMA's and assigned DC orders.

  • Verifying call tags and delivering product to FedEx and UPS drivers.

  • Verifying the correct shipping method and tracking numbers for all MMA's

  • Maintains records concerning inventory and shipping issues daily.

  • Destroying outdated materials/products.

  • Replenish supplies and ensure work area is clean and free of any debris.

  • Adhere to all SOP's and Safety procedures and practices.

All other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Minimum High School diploma or GED Certificate preferred.

  • Excellent PC Skills (Windows, Excel, WMS)

  • Strong math skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must demonstrate high ethical standards

  • Demonstrates efficiency and the ability to remain productive will minimal direct supervision

  • Must have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Must be certified, or willing to be certified, on powered lift equipment in order to complete counts in all warehouse locations, and to move product as needed

  • Operation of the picking machine could require the person

  • to work 24 feet above the floor.

  • Operation of the scissors lifts could require the person to

  • work 24 feet above the floor.

  • Works in a warehouse environment where there may be some variance in temperature, noise level, etc.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
