GNC Regional Loss Prevention Inventory Auditor in Atlanta, Georgia
Completion of efficient corporate, franchise and conversion inventories within an assigned geographical area.
Completion of Critical Point Audits, closing shops and 2nd store visits as outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor inventory procedures to insure all appropriate documentation at store level is completed and submitted.
Train, monitor and evaluate the counters during the inventory process to insure compliance with all Physical Inventory procedures.
Conduct operational and procedural audits in stores per Loss Prevention guidelines.
Maintain proper record keeping and maintenance of inventory related documents and equipment per Loss Prevention standards.
Coordinate the monthly physical inventory schedule with, the Physical Inventory Manager per departmental guidelines.
Direct and monitor store manager / franchisee in pre-inventory procedures for performance of physical inventory.
Assist in the investigation of losses as directed by the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and / or the corporate office.
Participate in non-retail assignments as required by the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and /or the corporate office.
Complete a designated number of Critical Point Audits per month.
Complete a designated number of closing shops per month.
Complete a designated number of second store visits on days that an inventory is completed.
Assist in camera footage review / install as directed by RLPM.
Assist with gathering of documents and query support for DE / Open Cases as directed by RLPM.
Additional LP training provided by the RLPM if desired.
- 2+ years of retail experience
Loss Prevention Auditing experience
High school diploma or GED Certificate
Bachelor's degree in Business related field or Criminal justice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Knowledgeable of general auditing processes.
Strong interpersonal and ethical behavior to manage the company's assets.
Ability to visit assigned locations.
Must be able to work independently and be productive with limited remote supervision
